Kozlov Club opened in May 2012 due to the initiative of ArtBeat Foundation for Contemporary Music Support and rapidly
became Moscow’s leading venue for modern polystylist music. It’s now a home for jazz, fusion, jazz-rock, funk, soul, ethnic music, prog rock, improv, avant-rock, new age, art rock, world music, chamber improv music, classical/crossover jazz, and other related and bordering genres.

The Club hosts live gigs by world-famous musicians and bands, such as Richard Bona, Steve Gadd, Guthrie Govan,
Avishai Cohen, Scott Henderson, Gary Willis, Dennis Chambers, Jojo Mayer, Frank Gambale, Stanley Jordan,
Larry Coryel, Gregory Privat, Soweto Kinch, Jeff Berlin, Horacio “El Negro”Hernandez, Dominique Di Piazza,
Antonio Forcione, Raul Midon, Jeff Coffin, Linley Marthe, Virgil Donati, The Lessons GK, Anthony David, Ezra Collective
and a lot of other top artists.

The Club was relaunched in partnership with PubLife restaurant chain on May 31, 2017, and moved into a new spot in the very heart of the city. Now the Club has three stages; the main stage (160 seats) is reserved for the Club’s residents and touring music stars while the mansard stage hosts both the Club’s regular performances and experimental programs of various genres. With Voice Acoustic sound equipment from Germany and modern lighting system as well as its own label and vinyl music store, the Club is one of the best venues in Moscow for vivid, intelligent, creative and exploratory music.

The club’s interior is designed with no computers’ involvement by Irish architectural bureau. It features the classic Victorian style (expensive wooden parts, traditional English drapery, soft lights).
